Job Description

We are​ seeking a dedicated Client Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact. As a Client Sales Executive, you will be responsible for understanding client needs and working collaboratively with our team to meet these needs. You will ensure client satisfaction and maximize business opportunities with existing accounts. Your ability to manage relationships and deliver client-focused solutions will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture relationships with assigned clients, serving as their primary contact and trusted advisor.
  • Understand client needs and objectives, and proactively identify opportunities to provide value and meet their business goals.
  • Develop account plans and strategies to grow revenue, expand our product/service offerings, and achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct regular meetings and communication with clients to understand their evolving needs, address concerns, and provide timely support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as telesales, marketing, and product, to deliver tailored solutions and exceed client expectations.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to effectively communicate account status, progress, and recommendations.
  • Monitor and analyze account performance metrics, such as sales data, client satisfaction, and renewal rates, to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
  • Collaborate with the marketing & telesales team in the acquisition of new accounts and expansion within existing accounts.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Ensure adherence to contracts, agreements and service level agreements (SLAs) to maintain strong client relationships and satisfaction.
  • Ensure the outstanding service fee from clients are collected as per the payment schedule.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.  
  • Proven experience (min.3 years) as an Client Sales Executive, Account Manager, Sales Representative, Business Development or in a similar client-facing role, with a track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional client service.  
  • Experience in software license and services sales to key industries - software, banking, insurance, telecom, manufacturing etc. from small to large enterprises. 
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and account management strategies.
  • Excellent communication in both English and Vietnamese (both written & spoken). Individual scores of TOEIC or IELTS to be highlighted to articulate skills.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills to drive business opportunities and handle objections.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities and develop strategic account plans.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple client accounts.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales tools.
  • Knowledge of the industry or market relevant to our products/services is a plus.

Lines of Communication

  • The Client Sales Executive reports to the Director. The role collaborates closely with employees across different functions.

Working Conditions

  • This is a full-time, onsite in Hanoi and outgoing client facing position with standard working hours, Monday to Friday. The Client Sales Executive typically works in both office and client location. Sometime have  required to work beyond regular hours to address urgent matters or accommodate special events.
